The Cross Country Team at West Ranch will be the hosting a physical exams clinic on May 18th from 8:00-11:00 am.

Today, freshman Tucker Welker was ranked #4 in the state of California by PrepCalTrack.  The three other runners that finished in front of him were all nationally ranked.
